Maclaine won his first ever Sportsman Late Model 1/10 scale RC Pan car A- Main race event last night. Maclaine, just 12 years old, began racing in a Losi mini late model 1/18th scale just 3 weeks ago. Deciding that car and class was just not working out well, the gang (Les,Pete,Johnny,Jimmy) and Uncle Gary pieced together a totally recycled car from bits and pieces. With the paint still wet on his new Dodge Challenger body, Maclaine was able to log in 59 laps to win his first A main event in his rookie year and his first night out in a brand new (recycled) car. To say that Maclaine, his Uncle Gary and the gang are just a little bit excited would be an under statement. Maclaine and his family cannot thank everyone enough for the support they've shown/given.
